The way young people interact with information and technology has changed forever. We can no longer avoid our student’s love of and dependence on technology or their love of multitasking. So instead of becoming frustrated about this, how can we embrace this and use if to our advantage?

The goal of this active, hands-on workshop is to understand how digital natives interact with each other and technology and to look at how we can transfer this behavior to the EFL classroom.

Participants will identify and then reflect on these new behaviors. We will then explore practical activities and ideas that can be used directly in the classroom.

Please note: examples of materials and activities may be taken from a variety of Oxford University Press courses, but principles discussed will be suitable for application to any teaching situation.
