Timothy L Farnsworth

Dr. Farnsworth conducts research on language assessments to investigate their usefulness for classroom teachers. He received his PhD in Applied Linguistics from UCLA in 2008. He has presented at numerous national and international conferences, and his work has appeared, or is in press, in the journals TESOL Quarterly, Language Assessment Quarterly, Educational Assessment, Journal of Language Teacher Education, and the Companion to Language Assessment. His forthcoming book, to be published by US TESOL, is a guide to classroom assessment for US K12 teachers.
