Kate Baldus is a Program Coordinator at The English Language Center, an Intensive English Program (IEP) at LaGuardia Community College, City University of New York (CUNY). She has an MA in TESOL from San Francisco State University and an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College. She has experience working with adult learners, training new teachers, and developing online and in-person curriculum. She has taught English in Bangladesh, Slovakia, the Republic of Georgia, and the United Kingdom.  And she has trained teachers for the US Peace Corps and in the Advanced Diploma in TESOL program at New York University.
