Dr. Phuong Le, currently working at Phu Yen University, Vietnam, has been an EFL teacher and teacher educator for 37 years. For the last 20 years, she has also been involved in helping the learners with IELTS exams. She has presented and published extensively both nationally and internationally on various EFL issues. Her current professional interests include language assessment, learners’ creativity, critical thinking skills and intercultural communication skills.
